1. Hydraulic System:
01-The product adopts double pump double open circuit hydraulic system, the main pumping oil circuit and S valve switching circuit are independent with each other. This make the system simple enough, components has a long service life, high reliability and easier to identify and eliminate the failure.
02- Considering the weaknesses of large impact when the starting system reverses, we adopts the main valve pilot pressure control to avoid the impact of reverse, the main pumping circuit reversing is more reliable and stable.
03- Pumping hydraulic system is equipped with safety overflow protection device, and at the same time, the main pump has such a function that when the system is overpressed the oil pump pressure can automatically cut off the closure device, so that the main pump can receive multi-level protection.
04- Oscillating circuit is oil-supplied by constant pressure pump, making swaying force is large enough and energy-saving at the same time.
All pipes adopts cone sealing or imported rectangle sealing, the pipeline joint sealing is reliable.

3. Mechanical (mixing) Distribution Valve System
01- Specially designed hopper, S valves and other key stressed components have good steel structure and high technology, avoiding hopper deformation and S valve shaft-breaking for high building pumping.
02- Mixing mechanism adopts the unique structure, the hydraulic motor is completely isolated from the mixing bearing seat, even if the mixing seal wears and slurry leaks, it will not affect the hydraulic motor.
03- At the same time, using single motor can avoid non-synchronous phenomenon of the stirring moment which may happen to double motor when the concrete material under the condition of subnormal.
04- Wearing parts such as glasses plate, cutting wear ring etc, with constant technical innovation, has long service life even reach 20000 cubic meter concrete pumping capacity.
4. Lubrication System:
Adopting centralized and automatic lubrication system, the lubrication pump outlet is equipped with a pressure increment and impurities filter ensures higher reliability of lubricating system.
5. Cooling System:
Large compulsory air-cooled heat radiator ensure that the oil temperature of hydraulic system is controlled below 60 degrees, so the hydraulic system can be in the normal working state.
